1. Our Commitment

At The Garden League Ltd we want you to be happy with every purchase. If you change your mind, or if something goes wrong, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

2. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days from the day after delivery. You do not need to give a reason.

To cancel, please contact us by email at sales@thegardenleague.co.uk or in writing to our registered office address. You must return the Goods to us within 14 days of cancellation.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

Goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in a resaleable condition. Please include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, once certain products have been opened – such as bags of substrate or bottles of fertiliser – they cannot be returned unless faulty or misdescribed.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your Goods arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. Return postage costs for faulty or damaged Goods will be covered by us.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned Goods, we will inspect them and process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Delivery charges you paid when ordering will also be refunded if the whole order is returned.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning Goods because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. If the Goods are faulty, misdescribed or damaged, we will cover the return cost or provide a prepaid label.

8. Exceptions

• Opened or unsealed Goods (substrates, fertilisers, liquids) unless faulty.
• Goods damaged due to misuse, neglect or improper storage by the Customer.
